Pennsylvania Real Estate Pre-License Courses
Once you have completed the required license training courses, register for the real estate Salesperson examination at www.psiexams.com.
You will need to submit along with your application: evidence of completing the pre-license courses, the results of a criminal background check (within the last 90 days), and a passing score report from the examination center. If necessary, you may also need to include a Certification of Licensure, a Letter of Good Standing, and documentation regarding any disciplinary actions. The license will be mailed to your employing broker's office.
