This course will address the following topics.
At the end of the course, the students should be able to:
Master fundamental concepts that drive property values
Explain common approaches to valuation used by appraisers
Identify federal regulations that govern appraisal practice
Communicate valuation concepts effectively to clients
This course is composed of 3 hours of reading material. The course is divided into six segments with review quizzes at the end of each segment.
At the end of the course a final examination is required. The final examination consists of 15 questions. A test score of 75% or greater is required for course completion. The final examination is not downloadable or printable.
