Real estate professionals often find themselves working alone; in the company of strangers; rushing off to a vacant houses in the middle of the night; or calling strangers and asking to enter their home during the evening hours for listing appointments. These and any number of other situations can place licensees in serious personal danger. This course provides real life examples of crimes against real estate brokers and offers suggestions for how to avoid them.

As a real estate agent, you will often be working alone. This could potentially place you in uncomfortable or dangerous situations. In this course, you will learn how to recognize that personal safety risks are present in the industry, what you can do to protect yourself from these risks, learn about the types of crimes against real estate professionals, and how you can develop and implement a Personal Safety Program.
This course will remain available to students for 365 days after enrollment.
