The course you are taking requires you to be interacting with the content in order to record time. After a certain amount of time of inactivity, the time clock stops. If you start interacting with the course again it will start. Once you have spent enough time reviewing the course you will be able to take the exam.

If you do not receive a passing grade on a test, you must try again until you receive the passing score or higher. You will need to review the chapter text and then take the test again. The course completion certificate will not be issued until you have completed all of the tests. Before taking each quiz and final, the OnlineEd site will inform you what the minimum passing score for your test will be.

Usually you can take your final exam as soon as you complete all of the required chapter quizzes in a course. There are some exceptions: For California DRE licensees, regulations require that you wait 24 hours from enrollment before completing a course. After that you may only complete 15 credit hours within any given 24-hour period.

No. While each course has an expiration date that you will want to make note of, your progress will be saved as you go. Except for quizzes and exams, once you start you will want to complete it before you take a break.

Unless the state requires us to notify the regulatory agencies (for example, Georgia and the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System [NMLS]), you will notify your state agency when you are renewing your license. Your licensing information is used to communicate your education credits to state and federal licensing authorities. The information that you use during registration is printed on course completion certificates, which are proof to the legal authorities that you have finished the necessary courses to establish a new license or renew your existing license. You must use real and valid information during registration in order to be recognized by your state.

Most courses may begin immediately. After buying a course you will be sent to your Student Home Page, where you can start the coruse. You will also be emailed an enrollment confirmation for your records.
