Get CE credits for Kansas and Missouri at the same time! If you are licensed in both Missouri and Kansas, get 12 hours of dual credit continuing education courses in one bundle.
All Missouri real estate agents must complete 12 hours of continuing education every two years. Education must include a 3 hour commission-approved core course. The remaining 9 hours may be MREC-approved electives. All Salesperson licenses expire on September 30th of even numbered years. All Broker licenses expire on June 30th of even numbered years.

After completing all of your CE courses, log in to the Online License Renewal portal and enter your PIN and license number. Visual examples of where to find your PIN and license number are included. Follow the prompts to renew your license and pay the renewal fee.
For Salespersons: The license renewal period begins in July with a deadline of September 30th.
For Brokers: The license renewal period begins in April with a deadline of June 30th.
Renewals submitted close to the deadline may not be processed on time, resulting in an expired license. Please complete your application as soon as possible.
