This course will help agents and brokers level up their ethical power by ensuring they understand the NAR Code of Ethics and the professional standards process. Students will engage with trivia, case studies, and scenarios to enhance their skills. Qualifies for NAR mandate for all REALTORS® to acquire at least 2.5 hours of continuous Code of Ethics training every three years.

Learning Objectives

Qualifies for NAR mandate for all REALTORS® to acquire at least 2 hours of continuous Fair Housing training every three years.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to:

  • List and define the different types of agency
  • Define the different types of agency
  • Describe the purpose of the Brokerage Relationship Disclosure form
  • Differentiate the three areas of the listing contract and buyer’s agreement that are required by Missouri Statute; Missouri Code of Regulations; and, NAR Code of Ethics
  • Identify the different areas within the listing contract and buyer’s agreement that correlate with Missouri Statute; Missouri Code of Regulations; and, NAR Code of Ethics
