Missouri REALTORS® legal counsel of the various types of agency relationships and aid students in their knowledge on specific related Missouri REALTORS® forms.

At the conclusion of this course, students will be able to:
Per Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) rules, you must be present during each component of the module. You can not step away and allow the video to play without your presence.
After completing all components of the course, you will be required to pass a final exam with at least a 75% passing grade to receive credit for completing NAR Cycle 8 Code of Ethics requirement and to receive the Missouri CE credit. You have unlimited attempts to pass the final exam.

You will receive a digital Missouri continuing education completion certificate (PDF) after the completion of this course. This certificate can be printed or kept digitally with your records.
The Missouri REALTORS® (MR) will upload your CE course completion record to the MREC within 10 days of course completion. You do not need to send the course completion certificate to the MREC unless requested to by the commission.
This course will remain available to students for 365 days after enrollment.
