How to renew your Washington MLO licenseMortgage loan originators licensed in Washington must take 9 hours of NMLS-approved continuing education every year. This includes 8 hours of NMLS general education and a 1-hour Washington state-specific elective. All CE is due by December 15.
For NMLS licensees who did NOT complete their continuing education requirements in 2020. NOT FOR 2021 RENEWALS.
