To become a real estate Salesperson in Georgia, you must be 18 or older and have a high school diploma or GED. You will need to complete a 75-hour Georgia real estate pre-license training course and collect a Georgia Crime Information Center (GCIC) report. The report can be ordered at most local sheriff's offices or police stations in the state.After you have completed the required education, we will notify the Georgia Real Estate Commission. You may then schedule your licensing exam with PSI.
After passing the state exam, your license may be issued at the exam center. If you bring a Sponsoring Broker Statement with you, your license will be active immediately.
