How to renew your Florida real estate license
Salesperson first time renewal: take a 45-hour salesperson post-licensing course. Broker first time renewal: take a 60-hour broker post-licensing course. All other second and subsequent renewals must complete 14 hours of Florida real estate continuing education every 2-years. Deadline is either March 31st or September 30th, according to your license date.
