FTBS 2 courses are being updated now with new content relevant to 2020 California Leasing/Eviction laws. Updates will be complete soon.
The FTBS courses will set you apart and teach you how to build trust with today's First Time Home Buyers. After taking both real estate bundle courses you will be able to confidently deliver information to your buyers about available mortgage programs to help them overcome the financing obstacles they experience. You'll be able to turn their challenges into rewarding opportunities for your business.
Both First Time Home Buyer Agent courses have been specially designed with engaging, interactive visuals to help reinforce learning. The course utilizes interesting interactions to convey useful information and retain facts so you can successfully complete the required assessment.
A certificate will be provided to all who successfully complete the program and applicants may add the certification logo to business cards, websites, email signatures, blogs, promotional materials and more indicating that they have successfully completed a comprehensive training curriculum.
Once the certification has been earned there is no certification renewal requirement. However we do recommend keeping up with mortgage program availability as these change over time.
