The videos in this course will cover the entire Residential Purchase Agreement. The instructor will go through the details for each section on every page of the form. Various pages of addenda that can be attached to the RPA will also be reviewed including special situations during the real estate transaction.
Once you finish the course there is a 25-question final exam. Students are required to receive a score of 70% or more on the final exam to complete the course.
