The Nevada real estate broker occupies a position of profound legal and ethical responsibility. Unlike salespersons and broker-salespersons who operate under a supervising broker's license, the broker bears direct accountability to the Nevada Real Estate Division, to clients and customers, and to every licensee affiliated with the brokerage. This course examines the legal and regulatory framework that defines this responsibility and provides practical guidance for meeting its requirements.
This course is organized into five modules:
Each chapter contains reading materials, quick review questions, and an end-of-chapter quiz.
At the end of the course is a 20 question multiple-choice final exam. Students will have to receive a score of 75% or higher on the final exam to pass the course.
The Real Estate Division requires that the final examination is not downloadable or printable. The student will be notified of the number of questions answered correctly after final examination has been completed. The student will not be given the questions that were answered incorrectly.
This course will remain available to students for 730 days after enrollment.
