Real estate contracts form the legal foundation of every real estate transaction in Nevada. Licensees are responsible for preparing, explaining, and executing agreements that create binding rights and obligations for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. This three-hour continuing education course examines the preparation of real estate contracts under Nevada law.
This course is organized into four modules:

Each chapter contains reading materials, quick review questions, and an end-of-chapter quiz.
At the end of the course is a 20 question multiple-choice final exam. Students will have to receive a score of 75% or higher on the final exam to pass the course.
The Real Estate Division requires that the final examination is not downloadable or printable. The student will be notified of the number of questions answered correctly after final examination has been completed. The student will not be given the questions that were answered incorrectly.
This course will remain available to students for 730 days after enrollment.
