This course gives real estate professionals a practical, results-driven framework for taking control of their time and maximizing their productivity. With 168 hours available to everyone each week, the difference between a thriving agent and a struggling one often comes down to how those hours are spent. This course helps students identify, protect, and leverage their most productive time to build a business that performs consistently.

Students will begin by discovering their personal "Prime Time" — the hours when their focus and energy are naturally at their peak — and learn how to align high-impact activities like prospecting, appointments, and business development with those peak windows. The course explores three productivity archetypes — the Early Bird, the Mid-Day Performer, and the Night Owl — helping each student build a schedule that fits their natural rhythm.

From there, students will learn how to design a powerful morning routine, establish a consistent prospecting schedule, and build an ideal weekly calendar from the ground up. Goal setting is covered through the S.M.A.R.T. framework, and students are introduced to the Living Better U. Life Planner — a comprehensive tool for self-assessment, monthly planning, daily tracking, journaling, and continuous improvement across all areas of life.

By the end of this course, students will be able to: identify their peak productivity hours, design a personalized weekly schedule, set meaningful short and long-term goals, and build daily routines that consistently drive business results.
