This course is the ultimate communication toolkit for real estate professionals, providing field-tested scripts and dialogues for every major client interaction. Students will work through twelve essential conversation categories — from warm market introductions and buyer and seller consultations to door knocking, expired listings, FSBOs, pre-foreclosures, hot market outreach, open house invitations, and more.
Each section equips agents with phone scripts, text templates, email copy, voicemail messages, and objection handlers designed for real-world use. Students will learn how to uncover client motivation, navigate resistance, and guide conversations toward appointments and signed agreements with confidence and professionalism.
The course also covers two powerful closing frameworks — Feel, Felt, Found and the RAN Technique (Repeat, Affirm, Narrow) — giving agents a structured, empathetic approach to handling objections without pressure.
