This course provides real estate professionals with a comprehensive, hands-on framework for building a thriving business through smart, strategic prospecting. Students will explore the "Great 8" prospecting methods — Personal Connections, Farming, Mass Approach, Social Media, Social Prospecting, Expert Positioning, Using the Phone, and Door Knocking — learning not just what works, but why it works.
The course covers how to build and leverage your sphere of influence, develop a geo or data farm, create a consistent social media presence, and use phone and door knocking techniques to generate leads. Students will also learn how to craft a personalized prospecting schedule, develop their personal brand, and position themselves as a local market expert.
Powerful closing scripts and dialogues are woven throughout, giving students real, field-ready language for warm market introductions, expired listings, FSBOs, buyer and seller consultations, and more. The course concludes with a concrete action plan to help students implement their prospecting strategy immediately.
By the end of this course, students will be able to: identify and apply multiple prospecting methods, build a rotating prospecting toolkit, create a consistent daily schedule, and use proven scripts to convert leads into clients.
