Commission Hearings: Case Studies XII

This course is designed to increase the knowledge and understanding of real estate licensees concerning the Nevada Real Estate Division and Real Estate Commission’s function and purpose pertaining to the administering of laws and regulations affecting the practice of real estate and their mission to protect the public.  This class is interactive and employs the case study method as a means to learn pertinent laws, regulations, and the ethics of the profession; to understand the legal authorities and responsibilities of brokers and salespersons; to identify and eliminate practices that harm the public, and to enable the licensees to better serve the public.
