Subsequent modules expand on safety and inclusivity with focused sections on childproofing homes, accommodating pets, and preparing for natural disasters such as floods, fires, and earthquakes. Participants gain insights into hazard identification, common safety enhancements, and marketing strategies for family- and pet-friendly homes. Throughout the course, learners are equipped with scripts, checklists, and client-service tips to help them become trusted advisors in creating homes that truly work for every life stage and circumstance.
