This course provides essential background from both a scientific and logical basis as well as a relevant construction and real estate perspective to provide solutions for mold found before, during, and after any real estate transactions.
Course Content
This course is approximately one hour of video content. This Oregon real estate course does not contain a final exam.
A continuing education course completion certificate usable towards Oregon REA continuing education requirements will be issued after completing the mandatory course seat time.
