  • Repairs - Understand how to manage repairs with tenants and who to use for the work.
  • Accommodations - Learn about how disabled tenants can request reasonable accommodations and who would pay for the alterations to the property.

A continuing education course completion certificate usable towards Oregon REA continuing education requirements will be issued after completing the mandatory course seat time.

No-Cause Notices

We’ll cover when you can serve a no-cause notice to terminate, what requirements you have to meet, the forms to use, and how to handle the communication with your tenant to give you the highest chance of having a smooth transition.

In this course, we will discuss aspects of No-Cause terminations and the cases where notices are used.

We will also discuss the causes that would warrant using a no-cause termination and some special cases that affect the process.
