GRI Bundle: Commissions, Technology, the Environment, and the RPA

This GRI course is designed to identify and instruct students in successful real estate business practices by polishing listing presentations techniques including value added strategies for effective pricing properly. You will understand how to develop techniques that attract and interact effectively with buyers in open house settings and skillfully showing properties to open a real estate transaction and close the deal.

This video, non-credit course is a line-by-line review of the California Residential Purchase Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions (RPA), last updated July 2024 to include changes to the RPA to comply with the August National Association of REALTORS® settlement changes.

Details:
This is a self-guided online course that you take at your own pace. This course is available 24/7.

This course will review the entire Residential Purchase Agreement. Details for each section on every page of the form will be covered. Various pages of addenda that can be attached to the RPA will also be mentioned including special situations during the real estate transaction.

Once you finish the course there is a 25-question final exam. Students are required to receive a score of 70% or more on the final exam to complete the course.

Course Length: 4 hours. This is a non-credit course. Not for license renewals.
