GRI 110 - Marketing, Financing and Managing Commercial Properties

This GRI course has been designed to build your knowledge and judgement concerning industrial and commercial property. You will understand how to evaluate the client’s needs and financing strategies for those types of properties. By recognizing the different sources of commercial and industrial financing, you will understand the financing possibilities with the buyer and seller.

These courses will be towards achieving your GRI Designation, which does not expire nor need to be renewed. This is a nationally recognized designation for REALTORS®.
