If you want to become a real estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania, the
Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires that you must be at least 18 years of age and complete two 30-hour pre-license training courses: Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice.
Once you have completed the required license training courses, register for the real estate Salesperson examination at
www.psiexams.com.
You will need to submit along with your application: evidence of completing the pre-license courses, the results of a
criminal background check (within the last 90 days), and a passing score report from the examination center. If necessary, you may also need to include a Certification of Licensure, a Letter of Good Standing, and documentation regarding any disciplinary actions. The license will be mailed to your employing broker's office.
