Pennsylvania Real Estate Pre-License Courses

If you want to become a real estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission requires that you must be at least 18 years of age and complete two 30-hour pre-license training courses: Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice.

You will need to submit along with your application: evidence of completing the pre-license courses, the results of a criminal background check (within the last 90 days), and a passing score report from the examination center. If necessary, you may also need to include a Certification of Licensure, a Letter of Good Standing, and documentation regarding any disciplinary actions. The license will be mailed to your employing broker's office.
