Pennsylvania 14-Hour Mandatory First Renewal Course
This course fulfills the 14-hour continuing education requirement for first-time Pennsylvania real estate licensees with 7 hours of general education and 7 hours of residential-specific content. Not valid for second and subsequent renewals.

Licenses must be renewed every two years by May 31 of even-numbered years. 14 hours of continuing education are required for license renewal. New licensees must complete a mandatory 14-hour first-renewal course. Returning licensees must complete 3 hours of agency topics, 2 hours of ethics, and 9 hours of electives.
