California Mortgage Loan Originator Continuing Education Courses

How to renew your California MLO license

Mortgage loan originators licensed in California must take 8 hours of NMLS-approved continuing education every year. DFPI licensees should take our DFPI 8-hour package which includes 1 hour of required DFPI education. DRE licensees can choose between our standard 8-hour course and our DRE/NMLS dual credit course. All CE is due by December 31.
