This course is designed to fulfill the requirements for continuing education set forth by the SAFE Act and the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In this course we will spend a short time reviewing the structure of the Kentucky Department of Financial Institutions (DFI), go over important definitions of terms, review Kentucky's license and law regulations, go in-depth into compliance issues specific to Kentucky law including a case study based on real-world enforcement actions, and finish with a sample of disciplinary actions.
