Besides the self-paced online learning activities, the Agent Manual provides you with the strategies, dialogues, marketing materials, and the forms you will need to beat the competition and close more deals. Fieldwork exercises will help you to master the inventory, use market statistics to attract and close clients, build a referral database, and to negotiate with confidence.
Students will have access to the training program immediately after enrollment, so you can get started learning to be a successful real estate agent right away. The course will be available for one year from the purchase date.
This online course is divided into 12 chapters covering 8.5 hours of video presentations with a supplemental student workbook. Each of the 12 sessions will focus on a fundamental strategy or topic that will help you focus on your strengths. Watch each of the training sessions in sequential order, and complete the activities in the Agent Manual to help you memorize the techniques taught in each session.
At the end of the course, you will have learned a wide variety of skills and effective actions to help you become successful in your real estate career.
This course will remain available to students for 365 days after enrollment.
