The certification covers six real-world courses:

3. Fire Ants – Especially in places like the Southern United States, fire ants can be a nasty surprise. You’ll learn what attracts them, and how to get rid of them.
   
4. Rodents – Mice, rats, squirrels... they’re sneaky, destructive, and surprisingly common. You’ll learn how to spot them before a home inspector does.
5. Snakes and Spiders – Know what’s dangerous, what’s not, and how to talk about it without freaking anyone out.
   
6. Termites – Get clear on the difference between drywood and subterranean termites, what to look for, and how they impact a deal.
