The Mississippi Real Estate Commission (MREC) requires that you take 16 hours of Continuing Education (CE) every 2 years to renew your real estate license (8 hours of elective CE, 4 hours of Agency Law, 2 hours of License Law and 2 hours of Contract Law). For more detailed information on continuiting education requirements, please refer to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission.
We currently only offer 4-hour elective continuing education courses through this Keynote Series.

This course brings an understanding of what constitutes a contract, how to write a contract, the critical importance of the contract in the real estate transaction, and what to be aware of in the process. Mastering Real Estate Negotiations

The ability to understand and recognize different negotiating styles and strategies results in successful client interactions and closed transactions.
