The TC Launch Pad is a National Transaction Coordination program designed to educate Real Estate professionals as Transaction Coordinators, whether or not they hold a real estate license.

Transaction Coordinator is a term that is becoming more and more familiar in our real estate world. So what is a Transaction Coordinator and what is their role in the real estate transaction?

Because real estate is done differently in all 50 states, the role of the Transaction Coordinator may vary slightly. In this video lecture class we will explore the commonalities of the role of TC between the states and their differences.

The Oregon-Specific portion of the National Transaction Coordination program is designed to make licensed and non-licensed Transaction Coordinators aware of contracts, addenda and laws for real estate in the State of Oregon.

This course consists of a series of videos that you have to watch before the next button is enabled. However, you will be able to switch to prior chapters in the launch pad. If you leave the course, the system will bring you back to the same page where you left off, but the video will start over.
