Team Management for Brokers is intended to help brokers understand how to manage Teams to make their business more successful. The learner will understand the basic types of teams, their structure, and how to best manage them to reduce risk and increase profit.

The topics covered in this course are:

  2. Advertising and Marketing
  3. The Broker vs. The Team Leader
  4. When an Agent Leaves a Team
  5. Risk Management

Course Objectives

After attending this course, students will be able to:

  • Describe the types of teams and how to manage them within the brokerage
  • Understand the structure of Teams and the DRE regulations that relate to them
  • Develop a marketing plan that involves social media and adheres to DRE rules of advertising
  • Describe the supervisory role of the broker for team members to remain in compliance

This course will remain available to students for 365 days after enrollment.
