Fundamentals of Transaction Coordination

This is a non-credit course. Not for license renewals.

Putting the deal together is just half of the battle when closing the real estate transaction. Every transaction is unique and knowing how to make sure each deal closes properly and the things to be aware of can affect the outcome. The Transaction Coordination course will provide you with a complete and full understanding of every part of the real estate transaction.

The Texas-Specific portion of the National Transaction Coordination program is designed to make licensed and non-licensed Transaction Coordinators aware of contracts, addenda and laws for real estate in the State of Texas.

This course consists of a series of videos that you have to watch before the next button is enabled. However, you will be able to switch to prior chapters in the launch pad. If you leave the course, the system will bring you back to the same page where you left off, but the video will start over.
