West Virginia real estate licensees must complete 7 hours of continuing education every license year, which runs from July 1 until June 30. This package of courses contains the required 7 hours of real estate continuing education needed to renew a West Virginia real estate license.
The courses included in this package are:
Environmental Issues #2 (3 hours) - This course is designed to give the licensee a comprehensive understanding of the many environmental issues that frequently arise in today's residential real estate transaction. Topics covered are molds and fungi, volatile organic compounds, potable water, drug houses, and underground storage tanks.
Risk Management (4 hours) - This course is designed to demonstrate that risk management should be viewed as a positive strategy that will provide for increased profits. The course introduces the student to the concept of risk and potential consequences that risk presents if not managed properly.
