In this course, you will learn to incorporate mindfulness thinking and apply it using the 10 Aspects of Leadership. You will focus on creating Leadership Clarity for yourself, your office, and Charting Your Course to reach your desired destination.

Crystalline Leadership is leadership that is crystal clear about the direction one is heading. Crystalline means sparkly or clear so an individual who practices Crystalline Leadership know their purpose and has a clear vision of how they are going to chart their leadership course. A Crystalline Leader is a step above and beyond a great leader and uses proven mindfulness practices to lead themselves, and others to higher levels of success. Studies have shown that mindfulness practices are not just a “nice thing to do” but a MUST HAVE for today’s leaders.

This course guides you through creating leadership and team purposes and visions. It shows you how to step into your visions through mindfulness practices and goes into 10 Aspects of Leadership and how to use mindfulness practices within each one.
