This course provides an in-depth look into the importance of developing a resilient mindset to mentally prepare and remain calm when a disaster strikes. Discover how you can be a leader of a disaster team in your community and to turn this leadership into new lead opportunities.
During the course we will examine various crisis scenarios and demonstrate how to develop communication plans, step-by-step. Having communication and collaboration plans will help calm the fears, anxieties, and stress levels for you as well as those around you. Knowing that you are not alone makes a big difference, and you can change fear and stress into positive actions by confidently preparing now for anything that potentially can come your way.
This course is part of the Crisis Knowledge Management (CKM) certification program. The certification was created to guide you to have a better understanding as to what you need to do to properly protect yourself, your family, your business and your community.
