Introduction to Dotloop Transaction Management
This is a non-credit course. Not for license renewals.
This course is an introductory course for the dotloop Transaction Coordination system. You'll learn about the various offerings available for real estate licensees, how to set up and customize their account, managing transactions in the system, collaborating with agents, handling offers, and how to find/hide transactions in their accounts.
Throughout this course, you will learn how to
- Navigate the My Account and Global Templates section of dotloop's Premium product
- Customize dotloop to save time on all future transactions
- Add dotloop’s task templates and custom documents to their account
- Create and manage transactions as a listing agent
- Share documents using the correct sharing permission
- Submit folders and documents for compliance review
- Make listings searchable on dotloop’s platform so that other agents using dotloop can find/make offers on the listing.
- Utilize the Easy Offer feature to automatically make seller documents available to co-op agents
- Managing offers they receive on listings
This course will remain available to students for 365 days after enrollment.
