This special package price includes the courses, instructor, state licensing exam prep course, soft-bound supplemental textbooks, and course completion certificates.

Included in this package are:

  • Washington Real Estate Fundamentals - This 60-hour course teaches students the fundamentals of real estate. Topics include real property descriptions, titles, estates, contract law, real estate financing, federal and state laws, and real estate design.

  • Washington Pre-License Exam Prep - This cram course is intended to help students retain information learned from the online courses. Each chapter lists important topics to remember and includes over 1,300 exam questions to practice. This exam prep course also includes a practice licensing exam of 130 questions with a time limit of 3.5 hours, just like the actual state broker licensing exam.
