Oregon brokers who desire to become a principal broker are required to complete the 40 hour Oregon principal broker course called "Brokerage Administration and Sales Supervision." The Oregon Real Estate Agency also permits this course to be used for continuing education, subject to the approval of the licensee's employing principal broker. This course package is designed for those brokers who obtained their license prior to July 1, 2002, as a state exam is required. This package includes the state exam prep. This course has been approved by the Oregon Real Estate Agency to satisfy the educational requirements to obtain a principal broker license.
