This course introduces the real estate practitioner to the basic concepts involved in the 1031 exchange. Armed with the knowledge that this course provides, the real estate agent will be able to assist in the exchange process, potentially increase the client's net worth and real estate holdings, and generate more sales.

Course Details

This course is approximately one hour of online reading materials. A 5-question final exam in multiple choice format is presented at the end of the course. A course completion certificate will be available for download after the final exam has been passed.
