FIRST TIME LICENSE RENEWAL COURSE (Required) - This course is approved by the Oregon Real Estate Agency to meet their 30 hour Advanced Real Estate Practices course requirement for your first time license renewal. The course includes all of the required topics of Ethical Conduct, The Duty to Disclose, Agency Law, Real Estate Agency Disciplinary Action, Economics and the Brokerage Business, Current Events in Oregon Real Estate, and Property Management License Law. This online course is displayed in your web browser and can be saved to disk or printed to your printer. Each chapter has a short review exercise that must be passed with a score of 70% or greater before you can advance to the next. At the end of the course, there is a final review exam of 60 questions that must be passed with a score of at least 75%. Upon course completion, your required Oregon Real Estate Agency completion certificate will be available online. While this course is required for initial license renewal, seasoned agents enjoy it as a refresher course, as well as a source for current rule and law updates.Price Match or It's Free!
