Ms Hill learned about real estate investing at 17 while working in a real estate office on the weekends.  Even though she worked as a tax professional after college she always knew that real estate investing was in her blood.  Her preferred approach to probate real estate is to buy and hold with large positive cash flows and immediate equity. She also has experience with fixing and reselling probate properties for consistent profits.
